This is my first baby and I need all the help I can get, I think it’s great they teach breathing techniques in these series!

I love that I can watch these videos in advance, and more than once if I need to review, and get all the info I need to be more comfortable with the process the second time around. I also think the birthing ball sounds very interesting and would love to try it out.
